Everyone watches movies, even the kids. Many of you, mostly high school students, get inspired by celebrities acting in those movies and start building up thoughts of becoming a celeb once they grow up and become all famous just like them. However, it’s not as easy as it sounds and plus acting is a skill that not all can master. But, there are a few things that can be learnt, obviously no one comes with these skills on hand. Professions like filmmaking include roles like producing, directing, choreographing and others that can be learnt. As kids, this is definitely something they wouldn’t like missing.

For secondary and high school students who think movie making is their gig and that’s where they belong, there is something coming up on those lines pretty soon. A filmmaking workshop is being organized where a team of 8 people would form and work to direct a film of their own. So, it’s not just a workshop for a day, but a week long engagement.

The package however include air conditioned accommodation with food for the entire workshop per head. The venue will certainly get participants excited and will enthral each of them. Each participant will be encouraged to live their dream of making a movie or shooting the magic they have been seeing all these years in the world of cinema. For a passionate movie buff, this weeklong workshop could be eat, sleep, drink and celebrate cinema.

Students from Bangalore and Visakhapatnam are welcome to participate, the transportation costs to and from Hyderabad however will have to be borne by the students and is not a part of the package. You will only be transported from Oakridge international school to Ramoji Film city and back. The workshop is being organized by Oakridge international school scheduled for March 28 – April 2, 2016 from 10 am to 6 pm everyday at Ramoji film city. Get your kid registered before the passes run out.
