Have blood pressure, diabetes or similar? Attend this event, those maybe psychological

Ever wondered why some people fall sick on and on and keep complaining that their sickness might be hereditary or it just happens at this time to of the year, eventually convincing you of their sick body or weak immune system that falls for the same disease a few times each year. Little did they know that if they had a little bit of idea, they could have controlled the disease from returning to affect the immune system for a second time. Sometimes, you may not have imagined, but certain things that happen to the human body are psychological and could be controlled if one has the will and belief for it.

There are many factors why people get affected by certain diseases and yes, there are medical reasons for it too. However, there are also psychological problems that lead the brain to act and respond as it would when a body is suffering. Diseases like hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, insomnia, menstrual disorders & PCOD, anxiety, depression and more are those that has a lot to do with the brain. It is believed that these diseases also persist because the connection between the brain and the body does not work in sync and hence your body assumes the appearing symptoms to be working against your immune system.

This workshop focuses on rediscovering the lost sync between the body and mind and stay connected in order to avoid the mental stress and understand why certain members of a family age faster and others don’t. There may be unaddressed issues in our lifestyle like health being always at the mercy of our food and exercise and more. You might have a contradicting statement within yourself after you read this, but you will be convinced once you attend this event scheduled for March 11, 2016 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at the Other song, 7th floor, Peninsula heights, Juhu lane, Andheri west in Mumbai.
