MeraEvents changes its logo on its sixth anniversary
Yellow, purple, trumpet and bold. May be a tad louder too. Brain cells stimulated? Hold your breath.
It’s a big day today for MeraEvents. We have, together with our associates, patrons and clients, trod a path of undulations in the last six years.
On its sixth anniversary, MeraEvents wants to be heard louder, seen clearer and felt warmer across the globe. Hence the new logo. A logo isn’t just an insignia. We have a message to communicate: We are the amplifiers of your events, by all means.
The objective for a new brand identity is to enhance the experience of organiser and delegate in event discovery, listing, promotion, and ticketing.
We have reworked on the brand as a whole and everything from the logo to colour scheme to typeface to match our mission of empowering events with cutting edge ticketing technology.
Today as we turn six and have a strong presence across the country, we decided to come up with a logo that will reflect our brand better and to do this, we decided to do away even with our good ol’ red and white, a combo we have stuck to over the years.
How we worked on it?
The Face of the Company – The new logo of MeraEvents is designed to symbolise the organisation’s commitments and goals. The logo is the face of the product and is used as a way to identify the brand.
The logo seeks to emphasise the purpose of the company, i.e., to create buzz around events. The strong elements provide MeraEvents the personality traits of the long-cherished values of the company and the brand.
What went into designing the new logo?
Building a new identity for a brand is beyond just the colors, fonts, and icons. It is about bringing together the history of the company and merging it with the existing services to deliver the message efficiently by emphasising on its core values.
We wanted our new brand identity to be reliable, exhaustive, professional, compelling, passionate, and approachable.
What does the new logo mean?
As we embark on changing things and experience up all over again for the convenience of our users (organisers and delegates), we have chosen to put our first and best foot forward with the launch of the new logo and brand identity.
Apart from the colourful and bold new look of the logo, you will see a mascot who is shouting out to the world about your event and create a buzz for you. The new colour schemes will be different from the hues you are used to, and will be bold, colourful, and uncluttered.
If we look bold and are blowing our trumpet in our new logo, we have a reason to do so, with all humility.
The year ahead and the years to come will be much harder than the time that passed by, as the Team MeraEvents has chosen to raise the bar for itself and achieve the global goals.
And now as we have leapfrogged to the next level of business, we have lined up new things to unfold – easy-to-use all new look website, and events at your fingertips with mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms. They’re just a few days away.
