Voting dates for DJ Mag’s 2015 Top 100 DJs Poll is out

Hold your breath…..

Here’s some amazing news for all the music fans out there.

The most awaited time of the year that you all have been waiting for has finally come back. DJ Mag, touted as the world’s biggest in that genre, has created a buzz by announcing the dates of their poll to decide Top 100 DJs in the world.

DJ Magazine (also known as DJ Mag) is a British monthly magazine dedicated to electronic dance music and DJs. DJ Mag Top 100 Poll is an annual poll based on a public vote. Most of the times, artistes with a huge fanbase rule the roost, and talented artistes and performers are left behind. In recent years, the poll has received criticism for this reason of favouring popularity than talent.

Keeping all that aside, it still is the most widely recognised ranking of our generation’s EDM artistes.

The countdown has just begun. All music lovers and fans will be able to cast their vote for their favourite DJ from July 6 up to September 14 on the DJ Mag website.

Last year’s poll, saw over 900,000 people from more than 200 countries, with over 30,000 DJs being nominated. Also, 24 new entries were seen in the Top 100 list.

And ultimately, voters crowned Hardwell, as the victor and their favourite DJ, for second consecutive year in a row. He emerged as the ultimate winner by beating out fellow main-stage heavyweights Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Avicii, Calvin Harris and more.
