MeraEvents Box Office redefines event Check-in big-ticket entertainment events:
As you gear up to experience the extravagant big-ticket entertainment events, here is a guide on how the Box Office would be set-up to ensure that you have an easy check-in experience at the event.
Handled by MeraEvents, an end-to-end event technology solutions company, the Box- Office flow has been simplified to improve the overall experience for audience attending the events.
On arrival at the concert/event venue, go to MeraEvents Box Office and spot your ticket category. Each ticket window would display the information pertaining to the category of physical tickets to be redeemed by the registered attendees.
Note: Only the person on whose name the ticket is booked needs to be in the queue and can collect the passes of his friends/family.
Make sure you reach the box-office before the event starts to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience at the ticket window and the entry gate. Box-office timings will be intimated via an email and SMS to all the registered audience in advance.
Note: Box-office would be closed an hour before the event end-time and nobody would be entertained beyond this stipulated time of closure of the box office.
Redeem Your e-Ticket:
Present a copy of your printed e-Ticket (an SMS from meraevents with the registration number, or an e-mail can also be presented if you do not have the printed e-ticket) along with a Valid Photo Identity Proof of the person on whose name the Ticket has been booked and redeem it for physical tickets.
Note: It is not necessary to present the identification proofs of everyone attending the event. Only the person in whose name the ticket has been booked needs to display a valid ID card.
In case, you have registered as a student, you need to produce an authentic student identification at the counter while claiming a physical ticket.
Collect your physical passes and wristbands:
The barcode on your e-ticket would be scanned and you would be provided physical passes and wristbands. However, in case your ticket is found to be invalid, the box office staff would refrain your entry.
Events without Re-entry:
Once you have collected your physical passes, you would have to go through the security check-in where your physical passes would be scanned for authenticity. There would be no re-entry into the event, once you have exited the event area.
Events with Re-entry:
Not all events would bar the re-entry of audience and in the case of such events, the guests can get back to the event area without any issues.
