Spanning over a period of two days, the workshop would enable the students to shoot their first ever short film, within the two days time. Starting from Film Appreciation and Screenwriting in the Pre-Production Stage, while the production stage would include elements of Directing and Acting and Sound Recording, followed by the Shoot, which would happen on the second day of the workshop and would include Idea Development and Short Film Shoot, this would be followed by the final stage, which is Post-Production and would include Video Editing, Audio Editing and Wrapping it Up!

About the Trainer:

Prashant Sehgal is an award winning Independent Filmmaker based in Delhi. After working on 10 Feature Films and almost 70 Short Films, Ads and Documentaries, last year he shot the International Feature Film “Hola Venky!” as the Cinematographer. He then made the Feature Film “Diary Of an Overly Reactive Middle Aged Teenager” as the Director, Cinematographer and Editor. He just finished shooting a Feature Film “11 Days”, and is soon shooting another one titled “Railway Raju”.
