The training program would provide the tools needed to implement the agile programs and validate the knowledge in the agile programs and portfolios management, along with agile architecture, and leadership so that they can launch Agile Release Trains as part of an enterprise Lean and Agile change initiative.

Michael Stump, SAFe Program and Portfolio Consultant would be the trainer at the SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) Offical Training and Certification organized in Bangalore.

Serving as a consultant, instructor, leader and mentor, Michael has been applying the principles of the Lean and Agile practices in and beyond the software industry.

Prior to venturing into the field of Scaled Agile, Michael was working in different roles across the industry from Business Analyst, Project Manager to Line Manager and experienced the transition from Waterfall to Agile in highly distributed multi-cultural environments.

He then went on to start offering support to other organizations around the globe and especially their leaders in facilitating the transformation and making organizations more productive, engaging, and fun.

Pre-requisites for the Scaled Agile Workshop :

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile
  • One or more relevant Agile certifications (e.g. CSM, CSPO, CSP, CSC, CST, Scrum.org, DSDM, ICAgile, PMI-ACP)
